Origin: The Côtes du Ventoux are produced on the stony slopes of the Mont Ventoux in the Vaucluse to the east of the Côtes du Rhône vineyards.
Soil: Clay / chalk.
Grape: Essentially Grenache, Cinsault and Mourvèdre.
Tasting notes: Ruby in colour, these wines are supple, well rounded and soft in the mouth.
They have an aroma of fruit and spices.
Serving temperature: 14-16°C
Culinary suggestions: Grilled meats, meat in sauce, game birds, cheeses.
