Arthur Metz Pinot Gris - French white wine

Metz has been an important winery in Alsace since being established in 1904. Based in the village of Marlenheim only a short drive west from Strasbourg international airport, they draw fruit from as far south as Colmar. Renowned for their Cremants they are also producing a stunning range of varietals, they offer good purity and freshness at affordable prices.

Perfumed aromas, with hints of yellow plum and greengage. It is pure satin textured, medium/light bodied with a lovely depth of fruit, and a clean crisp finish. Almost too easy to drink.
