Lamb’s brain, sauce charcutiere, salad
Scallops salad, bacon, cucumber, tomato
Oeufs Meurette, poached egg, bacon shallots red wine
sauce and toast

Main

Sirloin steak, new potatoes, field mushroom, shallots &
red wine sauce
Duck confit, potaoes, orange sauce
Rabbit casserole, gratin Dauphinois, thyme and mustard
sauce

Dessert

Apple tart Tatin with vanilla ice cream
Crème brulée
Pear & chocolate crepe
